19 General Meeting at Cairn Table Hill, 21 June, 1699.

Ayrshire correspondence was to make trial of and inspect the society in Fenwick parish for their ‘disorderly hearing of Mr [Hugh] McHendry’ to ensure that it did not happened again.

Grievances from Galloway correspondence over those who were lax in attending societies and their correspondences were heard. Decided that all societies should first offer Christian admonition to such people and that if they remained obstinate, that they were to be regarded as breakers of the Covenant.
